Our fees are established with complete transparency, in accordance with current regulations. Below you will find the details of our fee schedule applicable to the various transactions.
Sale of goods
Sales fees - Real estate properties
Type of mandate: All types of mandate
The fees are the exclusive responsibility of the seller. In the event of mandate delegation, the applicable fees are those of the agency that received the initial mandate.
Subject to the decree of January 10, 2017 relating to consumer information by professionals involved in a real estate transaction, published in the JORF no. 00015 of January 18, 2017.
The fees include viewing, negotiation, and preparation of the sales file services. The fees are proportional to the price brackets, which are not cumulative with each other. This scale is applicable from September 1, 2020.
Agency fees VAT included at the rate of 20%.
